(Intern) Sales Associate 

Opportunity:

Work at a dynamic, fast-paced technology company. Procurri is the global leader in its sector. We provide data centre services which include, removal, refurbishment and resell of older data centre equipment thus helping our clients to refresh to modern technology infrastructure. We buy back current and legacy (old) data center equipment (think big servers with blinking lights); resell refurbished equipment and sell maintenance contracts (break fix) on legacy equipment. We do this all over the world with offices in Atlanta, Boston, Toronto, England, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia and more…

Due to our continued global Growth, Procurri is adding to its dynamic sales team. Offering a yearly starting salary of $40,000 -$55,000 per year.

We are searching for college-degree calibre hard working individuals with excellent communication skills. You will be working very closely with the sales team, attending client meetings, keeping the project management software updated and aid customers in making purchases and provide regular project / services updates. We will support and offer training in ITAD Lifecycle services, helping you become a market maker within this IT specialization.

Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to help streamline current business while supporting the sales team, which will require outstanding organizational skills combined with traditional sales activities. This is an entry level to intermediate position.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Lifecycle Services

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Procurri Canada Sales Team
  • Extensive use of ERP system for order entry and tracking.
  • Project Management- Facilitating smooth project execution – both customer and vendor facing.
  • Maintaining project trackers, project management system.
  • Help grow a book of business through sales activities such as lead gen, customer visits etc.
  • Working with operations department to ensure orders are properly shipped, received, and invoiced.

 

Requirements:

  • College degree
  • 1 -2 years of admin or sales experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Self-motivated for success -Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines.
