Quantum End of Service Life
Like all hardware providers Quantum set End Of Service Life dates for their equipment after a certain period of time whereby they cease to offer maintenance and break/fix services for it; with the preference that customers go on to purchase a newer product to replace it with.
However, this doesn’t mean that the hardware stops working on this date. Procurri offers Third Party Maintenance (TPM) services for Quantum products past their designated EOSL date – allowing businesses to continue such hardware use while still offering a seamless service to their end users.
