Channel Account Manager

We’re expanding our high-performing sales team and hiring a Channel Account Manager to
support and grow business through key VARs, MSPs, and other channel partners. You’ll
work closely with a Senior Sales Leader to manage an established book of business and
drive revenue growth by strengthening partner relationships, enabling sales, and
supporting customer success.

- Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of partner accounts, focusing on new sales, renewals, upsell
opportunities, and long-term relationship building.
Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day sales operations for key partners.
Support the Senior Sales Leader in partner engagement, deal structuring, and
opportunity management.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless
project execution.
Collaborate with partners on account mapping, lead generation, and co-selling
strategies.
Proactively identify new opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue.
Assist in onboarding new channel partners and ensuring they are trained and enabled
on Procurri’s offerings.
Maintain accurate CRM data and manage quoting, order processing, and follow-ups.
Execute sales campaigns and outreach efforts, including phone, email, and webinar
engagements.
Represent Procurri at partner and industry events, when needed. - Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in channel sales, inside sales, account management, or sales
operations—preferably in IT, hardware, or services.
Familiarity with VARs, MSPs, and the channel ecosystem is a big plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable owning multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills—written and verbal.
Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools (e.g.,
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Must be proactive, coachable, and eager to learn and grow within a sales organization.Year One OTE: $115,000–$130,000
