The Procurri Business Development Associate will be working directly under an experienced Senior Sales Leader. This role is responsible for developing new business by creating presentations and prospecting.

Job Description

The Procurri Business Development Associate will be working directly under an experienced Senior Sales Leader. This role is responsible for developing new business by creating presentations and prospecting.

Our ideal candidate is looking for an entry-level to springboard for their career in the information technology and IT infrastructure space. This person is adaptable, open to feedback, ready to learn in a fast pace environment, and can hit daily/ weekly/ monthly activity and competency targets. No prior experience in IT required, but an interest in the space is critical.

As a Procurri Business Development Associate, you will graduate up the competency levels and in 18-24 months be eligible to join either our top tier Sales Team or our Renewal Team.

Responsibilities

Utilize current system for driving business to Sales team

Drive to metric based KPIs based on the following:

  • Phone Calls
  • LinkedIn Connection
  • Meaningful Conversation
  • Appointments Set
  • Developing Expert Status

Over time develop expertise around Third-Party Maintenance and potentially promote to top tier status.

Follow-up on email marketing engagement (Pardot) with the marketing team.

Harvest/farm for contacts and develop messaging to send out email campaigns.

Communicate SPIFF programs and other partner incentives to partner database.

Develop relationships with our partners.

Requirements

4-year college degree

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to work with minimal supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations

Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details

Analytical problem-solving ability

Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

The desire to control your compensation with unlimited potential
